Researchers (from where?) say that almost half the meat and poultry sold in the United States is contaminated with drug-resistant strains of Staph (what's that?). Staph is linked to a range of health problems including life-threatening diseases like pneumonia, sepsis and heart infection. However some say consumers face a relatively small direct threat from the bacteria in food
